• Minimum deposit

  The minimum amount required for your first deposit is 500 EUR / USD / GBP for individual / joint Darwinex accounts and 10,000 EUR / USD / GBP for corporate Darwinex accounts. The minimum amount for subsequent deposits is 100 EUR / USD / GBP, except by bank wire where the minimum deposit is always 500 EUR / USD / GBP.

  Funds are deposited into a user's Darwinex Wallet and from there can be distributed autonomously to trading / investor accounts.

  If your trading account does not have a balance equal to or exceeding the minimum amount, you'll need to transfer at least 500 EUR/USD/GBP from the wallet.

  If you want to take money out of a DARWIN trading account, you have two options: 1) withdraw the full amount, or 2) withdraw a partial amount, as long as you keep a minimum balance of 500 EUR/USD/GBP in the account. The same principle applies to non-DARWIN trading accounts, with a withdrawal minimum of 250 (instead of 500)

  To create your DARWIN index, you must have a minimum equity of 1,000 EUR/USD/GBP in your account. Similarly, to participate in DarwinIA, the equity of your trading account must be maintained at a minimum of $1,000 throughout the entire month.

• How can I deposit funds into my Wallet?

  You can wire from a bank account in the same name as your Darwinex account.

  You can also deposit from Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, as well as via Skrill up to the limits shown in the box above. These limits are not monthly or yearly, but rather the total limit per user. We are strict in this regard, and as such we kindly ask that you only opt for card or Skrill for deposits which are urgent.

• Where’s my money?

  We hold client funds in segregated trust accounts with Tier 1 banks in the UK.

• Refund / Withdrawal Policy

  All deposit methods are available also for withdrawing, with the following specifications.

  Prior to processing a withdrawal by bank transfer, we will require proof of bank account ownership in the form of a bank statement.

  Kindly note that document verification may take up to 1 business day.

  Deposits from cards or Skrill must be withdrawn to the card or Skrill account which was the source of the deposit. A maximum of 100% of the funds deposited by each of these methods can be withdrawn using these same methods.

• Do you charge any fee for deposits or withdrawals?

  A EUR / GBP / USD 5 commission applies to deposits by bank transfer below EUR / GBP / USD 500. Additional charges by our bank may apply in case of USD deposits by bank wire below 2,000 USD. In case of deposits from Skrill, we pass to customers a 0.5% commission. In the rest of deposits, we cover commissions.

  We pass all applicable withdrawal costs directly to customers.
